Canada Spouse Visa
Spouse Sponsorship application is authorized only if you are Canadian residents and everlasting citizens to sponsor your common-regulation associate or partner as Canadian PR.
Upon getting the sponsorship through their partners, this visa class allowed the partner to visit, live, work, and settle completely in Canada.
Eligibility to sponsor for spouse, partner, or child
Over the age of 18 years old is required
If you have a permanent residence in Canada or a Canadian citizen legally or are an individual registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act
If you are a Canadian citizen living outside Canada, you would like to show that you simply settled in Canada, and want to person you want to sponsor to become a permanent resident.
You are not eligible to sponsor your partner or anyone if you’re a permanent resident living outside Canada.
You can prove that you’re not getting more benefits for reasons to one side from a disability you can provide for the significant needs of any persons you would like to sponsor
Documentation Requirement
Photocopy of your matrimony certificate
Photocopy of all divorce decrees, death certificates, or annulment decrees which explained all previous marriages entered into by you and/or your spouse was concluded.
Passport-size photos of you and your spouse
Proof of all legal name changes for you and/or your spouse (it can include marriage certificates, divorce decrees, court judgment of name change, adoption decrees, etc.)
